2025 Pasture Walks
Immerse yourself in the world of regenerative and organic agriculture through a two-hour walking tour. Learn how farming plants and animals together can produce nutrient-dense food, restore our ecosystem and mitigate climate change.
We’ll begin with an overview of regenerative and organic agriculture. Then you'll see these approaches implemented across our farm, including:
Over 20 breeds of egg and meat chickens on pasture
A "flerd" of Highland cattle and Katahdin lambs
Forest dwelling Berkshire pigs
No-till vegetable gardens
Beekeeping
Integration of trees into grazing systems
The pasture walk will be led by Brent Habig, an Accredited Professional with the Savory Institute.
Tickets are $20 per person. This is a family-friendly event, and children under age 15 are free.
